COLOMBIA, Bogotá, gold cob 2 escudos, 1655, assayer R below denomination II to right, mintmark NR to left, PCGS MS62.

Restrepo-M50.25; S-B21; KM-4.1; Cal-1812; Fr-2. 6.63 grams. Clear bottom half of final 5 of date to left of five-dot ornament in legend (a die-match with other known 1655's but PCGS label says 1653 in error) outside of sharp and nearly full cross, the shield also nearly full but more off-center, with clear (N)R to left and left side of II-R to right, king's ordinal IIII in legend, satin surfaces, the edge slightly crude (as made). PCGS #46942881.
