The bank governor's signature and bank seal are doubled and misaligned. However, the secretary's signature is correctly printed. There are some subtle inking differences between the duplicated overprint and the original, perhaps from an ABNCo test print? Slight overinking error? We can only speculate. Choice UNC, two POCs. Pedigreed to the American Bank Note Company archives.
